Per-device tuning
Set mouse speed and what Ctrl, Alt and ⌘/Win act as on the other machine — for example ⌘ as Ctrl on Windows.
Clipboard sync
Text and images, in both directions.
File and folder transfer
Drag files and whole folders across the edge; they arrive verified with their structure intact.
PIN pairing
A 6-digit PIN pairs exactly your two machines; after that both channels are mutually authenticated.
Encrypted, peer to peer
Traffic is DTLS/TLS encrypted on your LAN. Nothing leaves your network except the optional update check.

Can I share one mouse between a Mac and a Windows PC?
Yes. Install Vylo Mouse Share on both, pair them with a PIN, and move the cursor off the edge of one screen onto the other.
Does it sync the clipboard and transfer files?
Yes — text and images in both directions, and files or whole folders dragged across the screen edge.
Does my data go through a server?
No. It works only on your local network, encrypted peer to peer. The only outside request is the optional update check.
Is it free?
Yes. It is open source under the GPL-3.0 licence.
